Adopt a Country Newsroom

Four BC schools are part of the Newsroom Project. While learning about their adopted country students are creating videos to:

  1. Promote the program.
  2. Share what is happening in their school.
  3. Illustrate interactions with schools in their adopted countries, as well as, other BC schools involved in the program.

Take a look at Newsrooms! Our latest report comes from Spectrum Secondary School in Victoria, where students and staff were asked for their thoughts on how Germany and India – Spectrum’s adopted countries – will fare in the upcoming 2010 Winter Games.
