By submitting, you acknowledge and agree that your submission becomes the property of the Ministry of Education, which thereby has the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote and otherwise use submissions in any way it sees fit in connection with the Vancouver 2010 Education Program Lesson Starters program. Submitters shall have no right to review or approve adaptations, edits, reproductions, promotions, alterations or modifications, and the submitter waives the benefit of any provision of law known as "moral rights".
Personal information is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Personal information will be collected only for the purposes of awarded prizes and no personal information will be disclosed to any third party. Submitters may choose to include their name on their submission. By submitting an activity, you confirm: (a) that the submission is your own original work; and (b) the submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party. Further, any submissions deemed to be inappropriate for publication will not be used.
